Here is my submission for the latest case file over at CSI. Sorry about the poor quality - my imac died :( and is in getting fixed, so I have done this via my iphone.
List of Supplies:
Background paper: American Crafts
White cardstock: Kaiser Craft
Wood veneer hearts: Studio Calico
Alphabet: American Crafts
Tag (cut in half): Making Memories (older stash)
Ink: Mister Hueys "Pinstripe"
Pen: Project Life (#03)
So the case file clues where colours that usually would fit with a more holiday layout. I chose to use them to inspire a more love themed layout. You will still find the red (peteals) , green, (leaves) white, beige (around the petals) and grey. I also used the hearts, cut from my cameo and stacked in doubles. I stitched down the middle so that I could 'lift' the top heart and give my page more depth.
The evidence I chose was paint - watercolour, wood - veneer hearts and circles - my drops of ink.
For my testimony I went with the 'ology' prompt and chose 'love.ol.ogy' as my title.
The journaling is a poem that was read to my in a class and it says: "Woman was created from the rib of man. She was not made from his head to top him, nor from his feet to be trampled on. She was made from his side, to be equal to him. From under his arm to be protected by him. From near his heart to be loved by him"...
Thanks for looking.
